Finally, something that works

As an over 50 woman who wanted the best of both worlds, both to eat in at least a semi normal fashion and not be as wide as I am tall,Alli is one of my best friends. I give it a 4 instead of a 5 only because it isn’t perfect. There is a draw-back in that if you stray from the prescribed grams of fat you may regret it. This can also be a plus if you look at it in the form of a friendly reminder to be sure you really want what you are about to put in your mouth. I have lost 20 lbs on Alli and don’t feel deprived of anything. I eat what I want and if I over do it I know what to expect. Enough said. Thanks Alli

Got sucked in again

I took this product when it first came out. I did not lose weight. Since then I went to weight watchers and lost 30 pounds. I was on a plateau. Not losing anything for a month. I saw a commercial for Alli, and thought I would try it again. Third week and haven’t lost a pound. Don’t waste your money. I decided I have to get back to tracking what I put in my mouth.That seems to work best. I have always exercised, and might step that up abit.

I've been using My Alli since August 09 and have lost about 11 pounds so far. I never seemed to have any luck with regular diets. The product definitely helped me focus on what I was eating and cut down on my portions. I found that I was just as satisfied with less.

It helps you avoid getting that hamburger and fries and choose the healthier, less fatty options, which isn't to say that I gave up some of my favorite foods. Now I just have them more rarely and in smaller portions. I think that this product is helping to retrain me to eat healthier. It is kind of expensive, but less expensive than buying new "fat" clothes when I had a whole bunch of stuff in my closet that now I can fit into again.

I am hoping to lose another 15 to 20 pounds. When I had my daughter 3 years ago, I tried every diet out there with no success. Finally, something is working. But you have to work at it, too. This is a good product if you have a hard time sticking on "diets" as it is a new way of thinking about food and modifying what you already eat.

Alli does just what is claimed as you follow the directions and I also found if you don’t overload it on the your first few uses with an extremly high fat meals.

It Really Works!

I was skeptical when I first decided to try this, but I was surprised at how well it works! I already lived a very healthy lifestyle – eating healthy and working out about 5 times a week. I was not losing or gaining weight, and it was getting frustrating. After I got Alli, I did the same thing, and I lost weight. I think I lost about 2 pounds each week. I haven’t been doing it for very long-only about 4 weeks. You actually don’t get the treatment effects that they talk about as long as you don’t go over the fat amount per meal. It’s pretty easy and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects to taking it – but then again, it’s only been a month.
