Works just as described and I’m losing the weight..

I’ve been using this for nearly a month now, and I have to say it does the trick for me; but, there are some very important things you need to know about this product:
1.Everyone is different: I am having pretty much no “Treatment Effects” but that does not mean you won’t either. I do have some effects if I do not watch my fat grams like I should.
2. If you are looking to lose less than 15 pounds this products is NOT for you! Alli is meant for people who have more than a just a few pounds to lose, I have 50-60 to lose.
3. The diet plan is usefull but exercise is just as important..I lose more weight when I do both than when I do not. There are people who will say Alli doesn’t make any difference, if you diet and exercise you will lose it without the pills just the same. That is not true for everyone, I’ve lost more weight using Alli than I did doing just a healthier diet and exercise.
4. Alli is NOT a miracle drug all it does is help you lose a small amount more weight than without it. Which is why it is a waste of money to folks trying to lose less than 15 pounds.
It has helped me.

I really get tired of people saying this makes you crap all over yourself. WELL DUH read the instructions because it warns you of this. It warns the effects if you dont follow the dietary instructions. They are not in there to take up space. I lost weight just fine and never had an “accident.” I honestly dont see how someone can give something a bad review when it is their fault it does not work in the first place.

This product really works for me. I lost 5 pounds the first 3 days before I even started the product. I just followed the instructions that was given with the material provided and the information with My Alli Plan online which was very easy. It’s been 2 weeks and I have lost 13 pounds.

Alli is great. I’ve lost weight, i’ve been dieting for a couple weeks now & started exercisign with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last week. Together I feel confident that i will seem excellent result fast. In about 3 or 4 weeks that I have been using alli I have lost about 9 pounds. I have 35 more to go, so I still have a bit to go to get to my goal, but I am doing great. I have partnered the Alli with slim fast & a piece of fruit for breakfast & lunch & a low fat dinner. I highly reccommend Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It is HARD, not easy at all. It’s an excellent workout. I started it last Monday, I was sore afterwards, the next day I felt like I had been hit by a bus, it hurt to walk, the day after that, still sore but not as bad as they day prior. Then I picked it back up on Thursday, still sore, but I pushed through it & have used it Friday, Saturday & today & plan to use it daily cause it really works. So use Alli & if this workout isn’t for you, then find one that is, but it will work. Also I have had NO treatment effects. Those ONLY happen to those that eat too much fat in their meals. If you read the package like you should, then you will see that NO MORE THAN 15 grams of fat per meal. I don’t go near it at all, but I have had no treatment effects. I got the pills VERY fast also. The shipping was great!!

No boo boo’s

I love this product. I lost 5 pounds within the first two weeks. I didn’t have any boo boo’s, or accidents also known as “treatment effects.” It’s unlike any weight loss product I’ve ever used, because you get the results without stimulants.

Plain & simple – it works
… I am not changing a whole lot in my diet, I don’t eat a lot but what I do eat is GOOD (higher in fat). I have been on Alli for 2 weeks. Have taken the pill religiously with every meal. And I have lost 7 pounds and have not yet implemented exercise so i can only imagine the results when i start the treadmill this week. They may not call it a miracle pill, but I do, and without it I would still be 7 pounds heavier. I have not had any “embarrassing accidents”. Gas is a little more stinky, but i can still keep it under control. I normally have regular poo but now it’s a tad bit more often, and much softer .. but again, i can keep it under control. Also, every now and then I get a little crampy, but big whoop. I have no complaints AT ALL and highly recommend it. 18 more lbs to go and at this rate, i’ll hit it in about 4 more weeks. You can’t beat that.

I love it. I am about 25 lbs over MY ideal weight and a couch potato ;o) … I’m gonna keep it real — it is as simple as taking it with every meal. Forget the review that’s talking about ” do the math ” … it’s not complicated .. everyone hates a critic

side effects, but no weight loss

I have a lap-band. I have lost all but 25 pds of my excess weight and have been at 165 for almost 2 years. I thought I would try to jump start the extra pounds off by using this product. WHAT A WASTE ! I have taken most of the 120 pill bottle and with some side effects, but not alot since I do not eat much. I havent lost 1 single pound ! Save your money !!!!!!!!

I know there was a lot of literature with this product, I did not get through the literature before I found the product hazardous. (Two days.)
I am only slightly overweight, but I have found pregnancy weight difficult to get rid of, so gave alli a try. Now I am quite unhappy, and mildly fearful, for having tried it.
I can handle a little bit of gross farting and loose stools, but the spots of blood made me very nervous.
I threw my pills away. Good luck everyone else.

I’ve been on a diet for 6 and a half months, with a total weight loss goal of 50 lbs. after loosing 20lbs (be dieting alone) i found myself at a stand still with my weight. I started taking alli 2 and a half months ago, and the result – with the help of alli i’ve lost an additional 25lbs!! Granted it’s not just a miracle pill that you take and loose weight – its a diet program. I watch what I eat, and allow one cheat meal a week so i don’t feel deprived. I still eat the foods i love, just in smaller quanities. ex – a handful on Chips instead of the whole bag! Anyway, my only regrets is I didn’t find Alli sooner! Oh, and I didnt experience any of the side effects except on a couple occations when I totally pigged out. As long as its a moderate amount of fat, you should be fine
