The dieting and exercise worked well though. I excersised and dieted with the same regiment I did last year. but added this product. No difference that I can see. (Used on stomach only.) If only it were this easy!

I'm already thin as it is, but I wanted to see if it would perhaps make my abs stand out a little more than they already do. <br /> <br />I used the product once per day for about two weeks, after I got out of the shower. Then I would go about my daily tasks - school, work, etc. I didn't really see a change of any kind. <br /> <br />I am not going to say "the product doesn't work" because I cannot prove that for sure, but I will say that for me personally it didn't do anything. Maybe it is a product that only works for people who go to Lifetime fitness and do cardio and weightlifting for two hours five times per week. I don't really know.
