Fragile and Very Realistic!!
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
This Heli flew Great for the first 4 to 5 minutes then came down hit the floor and the propeller broke in half and flew off and hit me on the leg just like a real one! Glued it back on and it flew for another 45 seconds and then hit the mantle and the bottom blade broke. Had it for two hours and Im ordering new blades for 10 bucks.

brilliant for 25 bucks!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
this is such a sweet little guy, i'm a physics student and am very impressed by how well it works. takes a little practice to fly circles around the room, but its very possible. and extremely fun when you get going.

my tips:

1) start out with enough space to lift the copter up and get it trimmed.

2) if the copter seems like it wont move forward very fast. attach a paper clip to the front wheel. the extra weight really improved the handling and speed of my helicopter.

3) avoid objects. it can take a 4 or 5 foot fall in the y-axis (vertically downward). but, any horizontal x or z axis crashing could prove deadly.

Right For the Price
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I bought three of these helicopters and they fly fine. The flight time is very good for its size, easy to control and very fun. I take off from my desk, fly around my office and land back on my desk. What else would you want! Just turn off air conditioners and fans since they will make turbulence. Love this little machines.

Fun for all ages - worth buying again! (see comments)
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Update: I'm now on my second ox-wolf. The first one finally died after I flew it too close to my cats too many times and had to keep replacing blades. What finally put the nail in the coffin was the positive wire saudered to the battery came loose. I know I could have re-saudered it, but I weighed my time vs. the cost of a replacement, and it was no contest. When I decided the buy the same one again, I did poke around at others.....what garbage! One of them, also a mini infrared copter, said it takes 1 hour charge time to fly 7 minutes!! Good grief! The ox-wolf still has the best ratio of charge:fly time out there.....

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I received this for a gift, and it was just what I wanted!
Being a 3channel heli, it's easier to fly than a 4,5,or 6channel, but still have forward motion (a drawback of the 2ch models). It took me a while to get the hang of flying it, since it's indoors and there isn't much room for error, but I got good at it quickly. There's really just 2 things to learn - how to keep the trim adjusted properly, and how heavy/light a touch to use on the sticks to turn only as much as you want to.

I got it pretty scuffed up while learning, but it still flew well. It wasn't until I took it outside and, because it lost signal with the remote, it fell to the pavement that it cracked the main rotor. Fortunately, I had already bought 2 replacement blade sets, thinking I would have needed them before now. Replacement is a little tricky - you have to take all of the screws out (except those on the missiles), and carefully remove the rotor assembly after removing the cover. I had to do this twice before getting it right, so the rotor/gears didn't rub. If you have to do this, pay attention to how things are positioned - I didn't, so it took me 2 tries to get it back together right :)

Best Helicopter Ever
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
First, this is a great helicopter. The first heli i got crashed when its battery died. Its duration time was 5 compared to 10 on this helicopter. Further more, I think this is the best copter yet.

awesome but....
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
it immediately broke! like first crash....i taped the wing together and now it almost flies, so i can see enough to know that it would be awesome if it wasnt broken. all i have to say is def buy some extra blades....

worked for 15 minutes only
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Stopped flying the 2nd time I used it.
The top rotor stopped spinning and it was the end of it.
The mechanism is so delicate, don't even thing of fixing it yourself.
Maybe I got a defective unit.
$35 down the drain...

Surprisingly capable indoor helicopter
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
First, let me say that I fly a range of larger, more expensive, and far more capable airplanes and helicopters that are outdoor-only. I got this as a gift, for the days when I can't fly the big toys. So my standards are pretty high, but I also knew how to fly it from the start so I have probably not been that rough with it, relatively speaking.

Frankly, I'm amazed at how well this little helicopter works. It's fun to fly around fairly small rooms, picking small surfaces for landings and takeoffs. It's reasonably tough - I've gotten too close to walls a couple of times and had to shut it down. It's fallen several feet with no damage. I could certainly see how kids or beginners might stay on the power too long and end up breaking the delicate parts on the top rotor, however. Despite being small and light, it's a fairly intricate little machine.

I would add a caveat to the battery life comments. I find it to be very well-behaved for about the first 3-4 minutes. It will fly about another 3 minutes, but it starts to get harder to control. It won't hold its heading nearly as well. As the batteries get weaker, I pick a slightly larger flying space to avoid hitting anything.

All in all, I must say I'm very pleased.

Fun Fun Fun -- but hard to control
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This thing is fun and charges quickly (runs for about 10 minutes on a charge). It's a blast to fly around and the dog loves it (or hates it, it's hard to tell because either way she'd want to bite it)! The only problem is that it doesn't like to go forward when you push forward on the joystick. I resolved the problem by putting a dime on the nose of the copter using a rubberband that weighs the nose down and makes going forward the default direction. Very fun though!

Crap
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Bought it, charged it, never would maintain a hover. This thing sucks. I wasted [...] bucks. It can not maintain a hover. There's something wrong with the battery or power management.
