Poorly made

I bought the Phoenix, took it out of the box, and then repacked it and returned it the AmazonPhoenix 99605 Upright MagnetiExercise Bike. It’s poorly designed and made with cheap materials. It was so poorly packaged for shipping that that it arrived damaged. Don’t waste your money.

Great Bike!

We have had this excercise bike for over six months and have had no problems at all. It is lightweight, so it is easy to move around the living room. It is also almost completely silent which makes it easy to watch tv at the same time. I am now purchasing one for my mom, too.

I had the product for 2 weeks before I started having problems with it. Last night I had to take it apart in order to tight some parts that were shaking and making the most irritating noises, and I am talking about parts you would not touch on the initial assembly, those were manufacturing issues. I had to repeat the process 5 times in the few weeks I had it. So unless you have good handyman skills, get something else. It is a nice looking product but as I started using, it really showed its poor quality. If I had the chance I would return it. Not worth your money.
