Excellent product. Took a while to assemble. Very rugged design and construction. Easy assembly, needs some attention to detail and to the instructions. Very solid when properly assembled. All screws and bolts need to be tightened with the included tools. Nothing left to chance. Every piece is counted and enclosed, including the appropriate tools to assemble. The easy stuff is done, now for the real hard work.

Good deal with excellent delivery time and a price you can’t beat!

I got my bike in just 2 business days- and that was with selecting free shipping! (which said could take 10+ business days). I spent about 35 minutes putting the bike together- which I thought was a fairly simple process and everything went together well. I then spent about 15 minutes on my first ride and it was very quiet and comfortable.

Overall, so far I am pleased!

Not only am I very pleased with the bike (it’s super quiet, wasn’t too hard for my husband to put together, and is very comfortable), but I was extremely pleased with the Stamina company themselves. Here’s why: when we opened the box to put the bike together, we found that the back seat cushion was damaged. I immediatly e-mailed the company and within a week (I think it was only 5 days), I had received the replacement. That was a pleasant surprise – I was expecting a big hassle!

This bike is a lot better than i thought it was going to be. Easy to put together and the best part about it is it’s very quiet while in use. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone that’s looking for an inexpensive bike to exercise with.

Yes, great price. NOT easy for one person to put together, AND a bit flimsy.

The seat rattles, the handles rattle.

To put the adjuster together was nearly impossible – actually have not done it yet – too hard.

The cable does not fit right.

    This what a great machine!

Very sturdy and it gives a calorie burning count.

I bought this bike not so long ago and I really like it. For the price, it’s a really good choice. I haven’t had any problems with it so far, except that it took me a while to put it together, even though the instructions were not that hard. Oh, and shipping was really fast, so I can’t complain.

I was originally excited to find this bike at such a great price. I took it home to find that the tension adjuster in one of the handlebars was stuck to the packaging and the monitor was completely missing from the box. I received a replacement for both pieces, put together and found that 1. the monitor did not work (it gave heartrate but would not show time/distance etc, would not turn on when pedaling) and

    2. the resistance/tension adjustment did not work (at first it was stuck on a higher resistance, I thought for both problems maybe it needed to be warmed up and after only about a minute or so of pedaling, the resistance snapped and had no resistance – still was not adjustable)

I give one star only because the actual frame seemed to be pretty solid, in fact more solid than many of the $200 models (weslo and others I can’t remember) that I was able to test out afterward when looking for a replacement. I finally settled on a Schwinn for $250 and it was well worth the additional cost. It is quiet, smooth, quality made, has additional features and the seat adjuster is much nicer/easier than most other models (you don’t have to pick up the machine/fight with it to adjust). It was too bad about the stamina bike, and maybe I just got a “dud” but I wouldn’t take that chance again.

I had this bike for about three weeks now, it was easy to put together. For the price it is a great buy, I recommend this product for anyone trying to get back into some shape or just trying to stay active.

Thank you for a very clear and helpful post. I am definitely a violator of many of these rules. I often find myself conflicted when writing a blog post because I see myself writing more than people want to read, but I feel that I have to do the subject matter justice by thoroughly covering it. I feel that by following some of these rules I end up cutting out important aspects to the discussion. I guess you have to find a balance.
