This product replaced one just like it which I used daily over the past 10+years.It strengthens my lower back and abdomon allowing me to over come chronic lower back problems that bothered me my entire adult life until I started using this product and doing some other isometric back exercises that I developed.

This was a replacement product. We have been using the AB slider for years and it’s seen its better days and searched the web for a replacement. We were pleasantly surprised when we found one so quickly on Amazon. It is an updated version of the old one and works just as great. Thank you Amazon.com.

Very cheap product…feel like I might break it using it and I only weigh 110. I threw the mat that it comes with away as it is so thin that its useless. Would not recommend purchasing this product.

I had an ab roller similar to this a few years back, and I loved it. I gave it full credit for the six pack abs I got from using it. Then, I loaned the machine out. Years passed…the six pack went away, and I never got my ab roller back. By chance I thought they might have one on Amazon, and low and behold they did. The Sunny Health & Fitness Roller Slide is actually a better version of the one I had, and even comes with a matt and exercise pointers. You feel the effects of the machine within just one use…six pack abs are not far away.

cheap material, and you out-grow it too quickly

The device is okay, but if feels cheap, and after a few weeks of use, it's too easy. There needs to be a means to adjust the amount of tension, to no tension at all. The hand-grips are nice, plush and comfortable, unlike the abs roller. Only forward and backward movements are possible, so you get a limited muscle-group workout. And the knee mat it comes with is WAY too thin, defiantly need to buy a yoga mat that you can fold up or a firm pillow to kneel on.

Buy it if you are extremely underdeveloped in your core, otherwise upgrade to the Abs Wheel; it's cheaper and more effective.
