So far so good!!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
You’re supposed to read a small “chapter” every day in this book – haven’t done that to date but I’ll take it in my own timing. Seems as though Dr. Colbert knows his stuff and is genuinely passionate that people live life to the fullest and make a big investment in their one and only human body & soul. I look forward to discovering a better and stronger version of me as I learn and apply more of what’s inside.

The seven Pillars of Health in Review
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Dr. Colbert addresses the essential areas of health in a reader friendly manner. He elimenates unnecessary medical jargon that basically prevents a reader from fully comprehending the material. Dr. Colbert includes daily step-by-step methods of diet, sleep, stress reducers and exercise recommendations.
The book includes a wonderful appendix with resources of recommended products, dietary supplements and water suppliers.
Although an individual should always check with their primary care physician before attemping any major dietary changes, this book is a “must” and should be included in everyone’s library of health and healing materials. The Seven Pillars of Health covers the basic foundations of health and may be generally applicable.
Qudos, Dr Colbert!
Dr. Colbert and his wife, Mary, recently shared their expertise at a health expo at Crenshaw Christian Center in Los Angeles, California. The book was given great reviews.

Great informative book
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
A useful book with a broad range of coverage. It took reading a chapter, review it and then go to the next. I did find several advertisements for supplements available which were expensive. It would have been nice to find some alternatives with other merchants to compare prices especially if they are available locally. (Sometimes I feel that for the price of the vitamins I can buy a steak and fresh vegetables every day for the daily cost of the supplements!)
Well laid out though and useful information.

What a wonderful book! Yes, as you read it, you want everyone you know, love and care about it to read it! I have focused most of my life on the firts 6 healt pillars of life except for the detox (just this last year) & I don’t take any vitamins to supplement since I believe I eat pretty good. I have fallen short of his last chapter teaching. Copying with stress. I just started to read his title: Stress Less, so far excellent as well. Thanks for your help! ;0)

A Great Book!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This book was great, an easy read and highly informative. I recommend it to anyone, especially beginners who aren’t well informed about the health scene. It would be nicer if it left out all the Jesus and Christian references and just stick to G-d, since many of us are believers but not necessarily Christian.

Seven Pillars of Health
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Much needed information that I was unaware of before. Makes you stop and think before you consume certian products for your body. Dr. Colbert is very knowledgable in his findings, and the fact that it is Bible Based is better than ever.

The Seven Pillars of Health
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Most excellent book. Dr. Don Colbert has done major research to write this book as evidenced in the many pages of footnotes. He also writes from experience. This book teaches you the main seven areas of health in which we all can make changes God’s way! It is filled with scripture and is backed up with a salvation prayer in the end. No change can be accomplished without God’s help. Both my husband and I are nurses and STILL we learned a lot and have a long way to go! We have made several changes in all seven pillars and will continue to make the many changes to maintain our temple the way God wants us to. With change and obedience comes blessings! We are reaping the blessings already. Doctors and friends and family have noticed changes in our health and have purchased the book also. The book IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM, but we have lost weight as a gift for being obedient! A must read for all, no matter how healthy you think you may be! To God be the glory!
Thank you!

Very Educational
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I saw this book at a friends house and was noticing some changes she had been making in her daily life, in all sorts of ways. So I decided to try the book out for myself! I have learned SO much and feel a bit enlightened by the process! I am a vegetarian and eat very well, and there were still so many things that I learned about diet that have changed how I feel daily, my energy is higher and I feel more confident in the decisions I make not only affecting my body, but the earth. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn a bit more about saving yourself and the earth!
